Pastry for 10″ single pie -crust 1 1/2 c Chopped broccoli 1 1/2 c Grated cheddar cheese 4 Eggs 1 1/2 c Cream 1/4 ts Salt A dash of pepper A dash of nutmeg Recipe by: Governor Tommy G. Thompson, Wisconsin Arrange broccoli and cheese in pastry-lined pan. Beat together eggs, cream, and spices in bowl. Pour the custard mixture over cheese and broccoli. Place in preheated over at 375 degrees 35-40 minutes or until top is golden brown and knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean. Yield 8 main dish servings.JM. 6 lb Turkey 1/2 c Oil 1/2 c Soya sauce 2 tb Honey 1 1/2 ts Ground ginger 1 1/2 ts Dry mustard 2 ea Cloves garlic, minced Cut turkey into pieces as follows; 2 wings, 2 drumsticks, 2 thighs, 4 breast pieces and 4 back pieces. Combine oil, soya sauce, honey, ginger, mustard and garlic. Marinate turkey in soya mixture 2 hours in refrigerator. Drain turkey pieces, reserving marinade. Place drumsticks, thighs and breast pieces 6 - 8″ abouve medium hot coals. Grill for 30 minutes, turning accasionally. Add wings and bakc pieces. Grill another 30 minutes, turning occaisionally. Baste with marinade and grill until turkey is tender about 20 minutes.

6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves 1 pound andouille sausage 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter — divided 3 tablespoons garlic — pureed 12 ounces mushroom — sliced 1 1/2 cups small green peas — thawed if frozen 1 teaspoon salt vegetable oil 4 cups diced white potatoes Cut and sausage into bite-size pieces; set aside. Heat 4 Tbs. = butter in skillet over medium heat; add sausage and cook until browned. = Add remaining butter and garlic and stir until butter melts. Increase = the heat to medium-high and add the chicken. Saute for 5 or 6 minutes, = then add the mushrooms, peas, and salt. Continue to cook and stir until = the mushrooms are tender and the chicken is cooked through. Meanwhile, = fill another large pan with about 2 inches of oil. Heat to 350-375=B0. = Fry potatoes until lightly browned. Drain potatoes on paper towels. Add = the diced potato to the chicken. Stir well and serve immediately.
